The almonds are harvested in Spain around September each year. We follow farming practices that enhance, or at least do not harm the environment and are aimed at minimising the use of chemical inputs, rather than completely avoiding them as in organic farming.
Once the nut shell is broken, we carefully select the best nuts and lightly roast them to perfection.
Our Almond oil is obtained by cold pressing the roasted nuts in a traditional hidraulic press, following an old family tradition.
The oil is decanted and filtered manually conserving all its properties and is stored in stainless steel tanks before it is bottled in our famous white bottles.
